Computer Assistance Needed... for Senor' Mole.

Me and mole have been trying to play age of empires together for a while but haven't been able to, because he cant connect to other players. And he has that problem with other games too. From what I know his Router settings need changed abit, and his firewall needs fixed as well. He has access to all of this, and needs a person with Teamviewer, that knows what they are doing to assist him.
