I'm a recruit in the CIA clan and my question is will not using teamspeak affect my application. My reason for not wanting to use teamspeak is that i live in japan i believe that teamspeak will affect with my ping that i'm not happy to begin with.

I Just want to have the best gaming experience i can have. Sometimes i get 200-250 ping on a bad day from my internet but i usually get 160 ping i want it to stay that way teamspeak will affect that for me after all i'm on the other side of the planet from the server. So CIA please be lenient.

Oh come on Hino. I live right next to you but I'm on TS all the time and it doesn't affect your ping at all. I get 200-250 usually and 190 on a good day. You live about 500 miles closer to the US than I do so technically you're better off! Hehe

IDK ericmatthews said it fucks with your ping. I tried it today and my ping was 160 so maybe i'm talking out of my ass here.

TS and Mumble will affect it EXTREMELY little (we're talking less than a ping of 5)

Other things that do would be on a website that is streaming, or torrenting (downloading or uploading) or anti virus.

This is one of those things that you bring up before you're 99% of the way through your recruitment period.
