GTA V for PC Delayed! (And system specs announced)

Wonderful! Another delay for the PC release of Grand Theft Auto V has been announced. The game which was supposed to be released on November 18, 2014 was delayed until January 27, 2015 and has once again been delayed until March 24th. This puts the game as being released 1 year, 6 months, and 7 days after the initial September 17, 2013 release or 4 months and 6 days after the release of the Xbox One and PS4 version.
